As we cross the threshold into a new year, you’re invited into a sacred pause; a space to release what no longer belongs and gently rise into deeper layers of your true self.

This women’s circle is an invitation to come home to your essence. 

Through intentional movement, creative expression, reflection, and sound, we will soften the noise of the outside world and reconnect with what feels real, alive, and aligned within us.

Together, we’ll explore what it means to step forward from truth rather than expectation… to meet the year ahead rooted in presence, clarity, and embodied self-trust.

This is not about fixing or becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you already are.

What to expect:

– Grounding and intuitive movement meditation to release stored tension and awaken the body

– Guided journaling and/or art-making to access inner wisdom beyond words

– A heart-led sharing circle held in safety, confidentiality, and non-judgment

– A closing sound bath to integrate, restore, and seal intentions on a nervous-system level

– No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to arrive as you are.

– Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more deeply connected to yourself.

Practitioner of Naturopathy And Nutrition

Jess clinical focus includes gut health, hormones, fatigue, nervous system dysregulation, anxiety, burnout, fertility, methylation, and identifying the root of chronic illness — often the things people are told to ‘just live with,’ but which point to deeper patterns of imbalance that can be resolved with the right approach.

Jess is a degree-qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Herbalist with additional training in homeopathy, iridology, flower essence therapy, and Reiki (Level 2).

She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from Torrens University and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences (Honours) from Deakin University.

With an inherent fascination in health and medicine. Driven by a desire to uncover the root cause of illness, not just manage its symptoms                  Jess brings genuine care and intuitive insight to each case. Creating a safe, supportive space where patients feel deeply understood and empowered in their healing journey.
