Unlike traditional saunas, infrared saunas use light energy to heat the body directly rather than just warming the air.
This allows heat to penetrate deeper into tissues, stimulating circulation, increasing heart rate, and producing a mild “cardio-like” effect. It also encourages sweating, which helps with detoxification and improves overall circulation.
Infrared saunas are known for their wide range of health benefits…
What temperature is the sauna set to?
Our infrared sauna is gently maintained between 50 – 65°C. A soothing, consistent heat designed to help you relax deeply while still feeling comfortable.
How long should I book for?
If you’re new to infrared saunas, we recommend starting with a 20 minute session to ease into the experience.
For those more familiar, we offer 30 and 45 minute sessions so you can unwind at your own pace.
What should I wear?
Comfort is completely up to you. Most guests choose bathers or underwear, but you’re welcome to wear whatever feels right.
You will be in your own private, lockable room, so you can fully relax in your own space.
How should I prepare for my session?
Arrive well hydrated to get the most out of your session.
You’re welcome to bring water in with you, and we also provide chilled water on hand to keep you feeling refreshed throughout.
Will I have time to cool down afterwards?
Absolutely. We include a 10 minute post session window so you can cool down… no need to rush. Fresh towels and a basin of water will be provided to help you reset before heading back out.
What can I do during my session?
This is your time to switch off. You might choose to meditate, read, practise breathwork or simply lie back and enjoy the calming music. If you would prefer company you are also welcome to book a 2 person session.
