BEGIN YOUR HEALING JOURNEY WITH NATUROPATHY

Naturopathic practice is a comprehensive system of healthcare & medicine that combines traditional healing approaches with contemporary health science knowledge.

Naturopathy emphasises disease prevention and healthy living and believes that in many circumstances, the body has the ability to self-heal using natural methods.

By using a combination of traditional knowledge, functional &, evidence-based medicine, diet therapy and western herbal medicine…

Naturopathy aims to restore complete health, well-being and vitality while treating illness and disease.

NUTRITIONAL MEDICINE

Nutritional Medicine involves the science of using foods, and nutrients, as medicine in order to prevent disease and promote optimal well-being.

We offer general Nutrition services to assist you with better food choices, correct nutrient deficiencies, provide dietary advice and planning, counselling and assistance with restoring your relationship with food.

Food should not be feared but instead enjoyed and seen as a tool to increase one’s health and well-being, increase energy and vitality and as a form of self-care.

If there are more complex conditions or health ailments you are wishing to explore, Nutritional Medicine can be utilised.

We will develop an individualised treatment plan providing diet and supplement adjustments to restore your optimum health and assists your recovery from conditions such as:

What Happens In An INITIAL Naturopathy Session?

The initial consultation is about exploring your current health goals & current health status. This involves an assessment of various body systems including gastrointestinal & hormonal health, past medical history, family history, diet, lifestyle & physical activity in order to understand your unique self.

At the end of this consultation, we will summarise a treatment plan & discuss further pathology testing.

Our Naturopath, Jessica, will make you feel seen and heard… taking time to get to know each patient on an individual level.

Therefore, the initial consultation is more like a conversation that emphasises your needs and fosters the therapeutic relationship.

What Happens In a follow up Naturopathy Session?

Your follow-up consultation will be between 2-4 weeks following the initial.

During this time you will have had time to get any necessary further testing & results as well as implement some diet and lifestyle strategies.

If further testing was required, we further develop your personalised treatment plan, based on your test results, scientific evidence, symptoms & health goals.

Your treatment plan will outline your health goals, dietary advice & lifestyle recommendations, as well as nutritional supplementation prescription.

Review consultations are an important part of the treatment plan.

Protocols and modifications are comprehensive, can take considerable time and require review for any adjustments.

Review consultations are usually booked in every 4-12 weeks depending on your plan and allowing for modifications according to your personal progress, pathology testing, and prescriptions.
