Kinesiology works with the body’s innate intelligence to identify stressors, restore balance, and support overall health.
Whether you are curious about Kinesiology, looking to complement your existing wellness practices, or seeking gentle yet effective support for mind and body, Alicia’s sessions offer a nurturing and accessible option.
Appointments will be available from February, and spaces are expected to fill quickly.
Kinesiology aims to restore balance in your body holistically – Working on the physical, mental, emotional and energetic level.
It works on the conscious and sub-conscious level and uses over 300 gentle, non-invasive techniques to facilitate pain reduction, increase in energy, mental clarity, improved learning, brain and body integration, and much more.
Kinesiology works on all levels of our being (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual), and as a whole integrated system.
There are various techniques used in Kinesiology, such as; Acupressure, Neurolymphatic massage & neurovascular reflexes, Muscle, organ, and brain integration exercises, breath work, and many more.
Each Kinesiology session is unique because all clients differ in what they need at that particular point in their life journey.
We always follow what the body needs to achieve the client’s goal, and so each session is custom to exactly what the body is asking for.
The sessions are taken at a slower pace initially, to allow the practitioner to explain what they are doing and help answer any questions along the way.
Generally, the flow of an Initial consultation will include an explanation of Kinesiology, real examples and analogies that resonate, rather than technical jargon.
Then there is a discussion of the issues being experienced by the client and agreeing on the best goal (setting an intention) for the session together. Through muscle testing, we then explore, investigate and balance what is needed to achieve the goal.
